I've tried opting out and then in again via MyBT with no success. Anything else I can try?

@pjtaylor It seems to vary which information it accepts, sometimes it is my user ID/password and other times it is my main email address and password (I have different passwords for both)
Ah, that was the issue. Problem was that I had not set my BT account up with an email address. Once I did that all good. Thanks for your help!
