Using BT Sport on Sky

We are changing our Sky system in a few weeks to Sky Q and they advise we will have a different viewing card.

What do I need to do with regard the BT Sports package which we pay to BT to ensure continuity

When you have your new viewing card number, ring BT and they will update it for you, takes a few minutes to do and updates almost instantly.

Your app and online player access will remain unaffected by this, BT just need the new viewing card number and there's no fee for updating it either.

Hi @Mystery57   A reminder that you will need to add a second box subscription to view BT Sport on Sky on a Sky Q Mini box.
