The only BT employees on the forum are the mods, this is basically a customer to customer self help forum.

It is clearly not a universal problem although it does seem to be affecting a few customers.
You could try temporarily disconnecting your hub from line for about 15/20 minutes to trigger a change of your IP address which may or may not resolve the problem but worth trying.
Yes me too. It all started last week. I have been onto BT three times and still not resolved. I also send emails to groups of people in my work. This morning the zoom link in the email seemed to be the problem but I also can't seem to be able to reply to emails without getting it (from people I communicate with on a regular basis). I've also tried sending the email via webmail and it wouldn't send from there either but I sent a simple test message to myself and that went no problem.
So incredibly frustrating
Tried this but sadly didn't work am getting pretty desperate!
