I am not sure if I can use my hearing aid with a Converse 2200 phone - it says you can in the instructions but my hearing aid doesn't have a switch on it for T position. Also the web address specified on the instructions for help on this doesn't exist.

I have already got the manual for the phone and that doesn't help.
It includes a link for further information on using hearing aids http://www.btplc.com/inclusion/ which doesn't seem to exist.
Thanks for the link. I will need to contact Specsavers next who provided the hearing aid. Another company you can't contact anyone.
