VIP TV Package - offer inaccessible

I have received an email offering some new flexible TV packages for £1 a month for 3 months.

Once logged in and having selected the VIP package offer, the order processing then only returns one “offer”, which is to remain on my current package.

I can select a switch to the VIP TV package manually from the list of available TV & Broadband options from the home page, but this does not include the initial discount offer, and instead charges the full price from day 1.

Can anyone advise how to access the offer which has been mailed out to customers?
