VIP package and Dave HD?

Hi,

Sorry if this is wrong board.   Just upgraded to VIP package and the Dave HD channel has gone. 

Saw a bit of chat about this on these boards but didn't really see a resolution.

Any advice appreciated.

Dave HD etc are owned by UKTV and are not part of the VIP or NowTV packages as they're behind a separate carriage agreement set by their parent company.
