Just come back from 2 weeks away and my broadband is very very slow. Tried the reboot, router check etc and still no luck. The website says there is no issue in my area. Have to work tomorrow and might be difficult if I cannot the speed above 10mbs
Have you checked for noise on your line? 17070 option 2, best with corded phone.
Can you post your hub stats Advanced settings/technical log/information.
You can contact CS on 150 from your phone, it may take a while to get through but they are there.
How do you have no way to contact BT ? from your landline just ring 150 or from any other network ring 0800 800 150, BT are open 7 days each week, today until 6pm
