Voicemail indicator cannot be removed

I have seen a number of posts regarding the permanent voicemail indicator issue especially when porting from another provider.  

The BT service desk were very helpful in running the script which attempts to clear this but it did not work.

Requesting a new SIM and installing this has fixed the issue, so does appear to be a valid approach for anyone suffering from this issue.

Hi @Vinces6394, thanks for posting back to let all know you got this problem fixed by requesting a new SIM and installing this has fixed the issue. It will be of help to other members.
