I am using a bt hub5, due to issue with several hub6's that I have been suppied with in the past dropping connection and general bad performance.
Recently, I have started to noticed that when accessing web sites, it appears that the DNS look up has tmed out as the web page does not display and a DNS error is reported. This can happen with just about any website, BBC , Google , etc.
The issue is very intermttent, but usually happens a couple of times a day at no partcular time. I also suspect that the same issue is causing a work VPN to drop.
This is apparent on direct cable connected devices as well as WF-FI devices.
Generally the Speed seems good but response times do appear suggish.
The hub has been restarted on multiple occasions.
Any thoughts on potential causes?
