What are openreach doing in my area?

Hi

A few months ago openreach installed the gfast expansion pods onto the green cabinets. Now they are examaning all the BT man hole covers and putting green writing on them, is this the start of rolling out FTTP?

From what i can read, it's not very clear but there is a number and then an arrow with another number, so like:

25  -->26      etc. When it's light again tomorrow i will try and read a few.

No idea what that means. One thing I do know is I’ve never known Openreach use Green Paint.

They are normally supplied with Grey Paint so it’s possibly a PIA Supplier planning on fitting something in there.

Managed to catch up with some workmen working on the manholes, Virgin Media are installing fibre optics and it will be up and running in the new year, guess BT will miss out in this area.
