I'm trying to contact BT support via their phoneline to try and fix my internet issues, and get to a message 'please enter the bt number you'd like to talk about'
I have my account number which is a 2-letter 8-digit code but obviously i cant enter letters, and the 8 digit code does not work by itself. Is there a different code i should be using, and if so where can i find that?
