What’s the point of this “my BT” user journey?

I want to remove big sport.


I login to “my BT”.

Go on “your products”.

Go on “TV and sport”

It says I have “big sport”

All makes sense so far. So I click on “swap your package”. 

“We can’t show you any personalised deals at the moment…” with a button to “see standard deals” that opens a new tab in a logged out state.

What is the point of this? Is it just broken?

@independentrage scroll down the page a bit and there's a section for NowTV. There's an option to Manage your passes.
