Hi, the WI-Fi key, network name & admin password are all on a sticker on the back of the Hub for recent models, older models have it printed underneath. https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/where-do-i-find-the-default-admin-password-for-my-bt-hub-

No worries! It's the signing-in code on the back of the BT Hub that I used to connect to the internet.
