Where is my 5GHz connection?

Hello - I have a Smart Hub 2 on Fibre broadband, I need to set up a device on a 5GHz connection but there doesn't seem to be one avaliable, the router shows the 5ghz is on, but it's not visible (previously it's shown up as a seperate connection)

Any ideas?

(Thanks in advance!)

Re: Where is my 5GHz connection?

Hi @quacklol   Simply connect to the SH2 SSID (shared between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and your devices will use the best connection that they are capable of using! You cannot split the bands on a SH2.

Re: Where is my 5GHz connection?

you can always turn off the 2.4ghz wifi in hub manager then connect your device to the 5ghz wifi.  no guarantee if you switch the 2.4ghz on again for other devices that your 5ghz device will not change to 2.4ghz
