Re: Whole Home Wi-Fi v1.02.13 build06 Early Adopter Release

Yeah it’s good to see they are still providing updates. Mine have also been rock solid on the latest public update. Also been much better since disabling ‘prefer daisy chaining’ as although daisy chain has better signal strength between disks it was causing issues with HomeKit devices not responding.
I have updated to the early adopter release and have had no issues so far, everything connected perfectly.

Re: Whole Home Wi-Fi v1.02.13 build06 Early Adopter Release

Hi

I am a bit new to all this but still have firmware update issues

I am running v1.02.04 build10 which is before the firmware you mentioned so wont update via the app with error message FW-001 , try on the web

When trying on the web it says i have the latest software which we know isnt right.

In the logs after trying to update it shows

23.10.2021 00:23:31 HTTP-Can't connect to BT auto upgrade server.

Any help on this would be great, also these are 3 white ac2600 discs

Thanks in advance

@Reg1967

If your discs contain firmware older than v1.02.08 build02 (which yours appear to do) then please contact the helpdesk on 0808 100 6116 or  email btconnectedhome@bt.com for help in upgrading them.
