Hi, I’m struggling to connect Sonos One to the Whole Home network. Since my router is EE I can’t plug it in via Ethernet as it has different network/password. If I connect it by the cable to one of the discs it works but not when just on WiFi. Tried factory reset, all the steps on the app, restart everything.
Additionally one of the three BT discs stays purple regardless of what I do ( plug-in directly to router, factory reset etc.) I had no issues with the other two and they work perfectly.
