PRK:13054321 Erron on BT handset

I need help, I dropped my BT Home phone handset and now it’s showing a CODE - PRK:13054321 and sometimes shows TBR6 Failed? Can anyone help

Hi @MuzuGaming welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about the delay getting back to you. As the error happened after dropping the handset it may have damaged a component. What model of BT phone do you have?
