Openreach recently installed the new cabling for FTTP a few months ago. When I try and upgrade from 'MyBT' I get the following message

We're unable to place your order. Please login to see your BT TV & BT Sport options.
If I act as if I am a new customer it lets me past this stage. Anyone any idea?
Phone the FTTP TEAM and see what they say 08005874787
Sometimes it can be a few months from OpenReach installing the FTTP hardware before they start accepting orders.
Have you checked your address on https://www.openreach.com/ to see if it is available to order?
A more definitive check is entering your phone number in to https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL and look for WBC FTTP showing "Available".
