Why is it impossible to find contract terms?

Hi.

I would like to see terms with minimum termination period and fee for my current contract.

Is it possible to find it online in my account?

How to view your contract terms

First of all you need to go to this page. https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Then select the order that you wish to view, and on the top right there will be a link saying "Show contract terms"

But I've selected the order and haven't found the link.
Even made a text search on the page.

Log onto MyBT and go to "Track Your Order" then click on the relevant order then "View Order Summary" and then click on the links regarding your order for further info,

On the top it has "view summary" which only shows contract end date but not full contract with info on minimum contract period etc.

The contract end date is your minimum contract period. After that date you go onto a 30 day rolling contract.
