I’m having to use the bt Wi-fi app for internet connection due to still not being activated since January. But is very touch an go signal drops lose connection every few mins then have to go room to room to try get connected again. In the app it says download connection profile I’m just wondering what it is and would it help me stay connected while I wait for my fibre to be activated
