WiFi Disc disconnecting

Smart setup has been off since last night but both discs are still flashing red as is the 4G hub. Should I plug them in to the router?

Do you think it worthwhile to try re-enabling smart setup for long enough to get all blue lights and then disabling it? If that's not a possibility, or works but doesn't fix your problem, then you will need help from someone with rather more knowledge of these systems than I have.  Good luck with it.

Thanks for all your help. Iv connected both discs and hybrid connect to the hub again and got them reconnected. Smart setup is still off so let's see what happens. Thanks again
