Wifi booster black disc!

I have a wifi disk in my room plugged in the wall the light is blue etc i see that there is a ethernet slot on the back can i use it for my pc since it does not have a internet card or usb.

100 Percent positive? Its in my room plugged into the wall that's it the ethernet isn't plugged in my router
