Will OR enter the fibre cable to a first floor room ?

Hi - our main phone socket and router are in a first floor room so ideally I’d want the FTTP OR box to be situated near to the router and in the same room. It will be difficult to install the FTTP OR box on the opposite side of the current exterior cable entry point as there is no power on that wall and the cable run of Ethernet cable would be really unsightly. 

Does anyone know if OR would run the fibre cable along the side of the front of the house and then up the side of the house to the first floor and enter there ?

something you would need to discuss with the openreach engineer to comes to fir the fibre.  they normally try to be as accommodating as possible within reason
