I have just had fibre internet installed downstairs.
I have a wired PC upstairs in our second bedroom. Is it possible to get a wired internet upstairs?

You can either run an Ethernet cable from the hub upstairs to your PC or you could use powerline adapters to connect.
Either use powerline adapters or run an ethernet cable upstairs.
