Our BT Smart Monitor has suddenly changed the time and is incorrect so when motion is detected the times are at least 4 or 5 hours wrong and change randomly. It is also showing images that didn’t occur at the time it is saying motion was detected. Have tried switching on and off deleting the app and deleting the device from the app and it’s still having the same issue!

I'm sorry for the problems you're having. You aren't going to get the help with your device on here I'm afraid. Your best bet would be to have a word with product support directly. You will find their contact details on the user guide. If you do not have or have misplaced the user guide, please confirm the full name of your product and I'll see if I can find an online copy.
