Looking for any help. So have subscribed to the BT Sport app package but when playing BT Sport Ultimate through through the Xbox app the 4k / HDR stream judders / stutters approximately every 45 to 60 seconds for a split moment, very annoying.
This doesn't happen on any other 4k streaming app through the Xbox (Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, YouTube etc) .
Using Virgin fibre at 500mbps, have hard restarted the Xbox and virgin router. Purchased new ethernet cables too which seemed to work as the next match I watched in Ultimate was trouble free, but now it's happening again.
Strangely I had a previous BT Sport App subscription and it played perfectly on the same setup, so I'm a bit lost here. Any ideas?
