Zero upload speed AGAIN. Government says "work from home" I can not.

After several weeks of usable BB, my upload speed has been reduced to zero again.

Have done the speed tests and turned the router off & on.

How are we to hold Skype/Zoom meetings for work?

@mrunhappy1

Did you try a single disconnection, as I mentioned on your last thread, as that worked?

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

Keith. I'm sorry but I get asked to jump through these hoops every time, so already done the tests.

Looking back at my messages a clear pattern has emerged of deliberate speed reductions every couple of months. And we're supposed to stay home, work from home, stay safe, run your business from home, protect the NHS.

Speed tests:

25/01/21 = 0.86 & zero. The exact numbers I got reduced down to last year.

26/01/21 = 2.1 & zero. Still not adequate for online meetings.
