My order summary (including BT Sport Pack on Sky) says that whilst waiting for installation I can watch BTSport online. Except I can't access it via the BT Sports app on an LG TV. I get an ID106 error when I enter log in details. I've uninstalled the app, changed the the password, shouted etc... Also attempting to log on to BTSport website - apparently I need to upgrade the package - I don't understand this either, as I thought I had the top package.
Cursory google-fu suggests answers are hidden behind DM - Can't see how to activate this.
