cant connect to tv by ethernet or wi fi

I have tried to connect my TV to the internet via both an ethernet cable and by wi fi. The TV shows it is connected but there is no internet access.

Any solutions, idea why this is.

Hoping for help

have you turned of smart setup  

 

 

 

Turn Off smart setup
