My handset charging dock does not look like the one in your link as mine is rectangular and has an answering machine. I will give BT a call now..

Someone has ordered the wrong product.

Just come off the phone to BT and they confirmed that they sent out the wrong type. They will now send out the correct "Advanced" phone that's Digital Voice enabled. Thanks for your helps!
