email address missing

My @openworld.com address has now "vanished" from my list of BT addresses, just noticed today when I tried to go to check my bill that I received notification of today.. when I try & use btinternet.com I just get bounced back to the log in page. Can anybody help please

I've managed a "fix" by changing passwords & I now see the "openworld" address again. Looks like this can be marked as "solved" but I don't know how but I'll take it anyway 🙂
