My laptop died about a month ago and I could only afford to buy a reconditioned one, I bought Lenovo Think Pad and it has worked brilliantly until today when I tried to install BT Cloud. For some reason all I could get up was an almost blank screen that said' error code 980301-Degraded or offline managed disc is now on line' I cannot get any further, the rest still works but I want to use the BT cloud. Does anyone have any suggestions?
