First post so forgive me if I get this wrong.
Openreach installed fttp fibre to our community some 5-6 weeks ago. Overhead, pole is almost directly outside my house; connectors in place.
Openreach, btwholesale, and even my account with "My BT" shows fttp is available. Trouble is I can't order a product from BT, although neighbours seem to be able to order from other providers.
Is this an issue with the BT website, or does it take time for the BT site to catch up, or am I doing something wrong?
