https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL - We are sorry but the checker is unavailable at

Hello,

We have been using the BT broadband checker for a while but in the last few weeks we now get the error message - We are sorry but the checker is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later. when trying to use the site.

However, if we connect to a personal hotspot or use a different public IP address the site works perfectly fine.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and do we know if BT restrict the checker from IP addresses?

@imjolly

I still get the same issue with that link you have provided. As i've said before, the link does not work on our static public IP address. We have a guest network and a test network that operate on a different static public facing IP address and the link works perfectly fine. It is only affected by our main IP address thats on our corporate network for some reason. It doesn't say we are getting blocked by BT. I've attempted to contact them via many different contact platforms with no reply.

Could they be blocking our static IP address?

@Eurolink

If you have a static IP address, then you must be a BT Business customer, not a residential one.

Try asking on the BT Business forum.
