Not sure if this has been asked before. ( Search isn't great).
Since I've moved to Digital Voice I can no longer see line stats. I have been on digital voice/Gfast since October 2020 from https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/
Any way to get it to recognise my number? I know I can search on Address/UPRN etc.

Ring and request your UPRN. 0800 587 4787. It's the FTTP team who also deal with G.Fast.
BTW those aren't line stats but speed estimates for your line. The stats are recorded in the Hub. Advanced settings/technical log/information.
I did notice this when I got Digital Voice and reported the problem to BT (many months ago).
They acknowledged the problem and said it was because the phone number was transferred to EE (!) when Digital Voice was enabled and so no longer recognised. You can only get details of which cabinet you are connected to, etc. by using the address checker. No sign of them fixing the problem!

What I was asking was there away to get the checker to recognise my phone number. Will FTTP team that do that?
Sounds like a typical BT answer.
Also if you use the BT Broadband Perfomance checker: BTW Performance Tester (btwholesale.com)
and try Additional Diagnostics, putting in your phone number, it always says that the system is busy and to check with Service Provider. Again reported and it has been like that for months with no sign of fixing it.
