monthly pass not working

payment has been taken and is pending in my bank account but i cant access the app and haven't received any email from BT confirming the purchase, I have been on hold for half an hour what's happening.

Welcome to the BT Community and thanks for your post!

I'm sorry for the problems you've been having getting set up on the BT Sport monthly pass.  I appreciate the time that you spent on the phone trying to get this sorted out.

Is everything resolved now and are you able to watch the BT Sport content?  If you're still having problems post back and we will give you a hand from here.
