Engineer kindly fixed loss of phone line today...many thanks. He also checked my broadband speed and thinks that there is a problem with the router (home hub 4 I think). He suggests that i contact you to get a replacement sent...is this feasible please?

If your hub is faulty then you need to phone customer service on 150 and ask for replacement
