Yes all devices are enabled as your previous post. I’ve also enabled a monthly spend cap and data roaming cap on all devices🤷‍♂️

Just received a text from my neighbour back in the UK! And I can reply!
How is this possible as I’m unable to make calls. Phone still says no service??

Re: roaming

If you've already enabled roaming in your BT account and you still having problems, try changing the "Voice&Data" option to 3G instead of 4G. For iPhones:
Settings --> Mobile Data --> Mobile Data Options

Re: roaming

Thanks for your replies. We have 3 iPhones currently on 3G but still shows no service and 1 android that shows bars on 3G and an option to select 2G. Says not on a registered service when trying to call a number though.

Re: roaming

Go to solution

I have read that EE and Vodafone are planning to re-introduce roaming fees for the EU in 2022.  Any plans for BT to end roam like do at home?

In Northern Ireland our BT phones often flip between BT 4G signal and the Republic of Ireland providers signal from masts 5-6 miles away.

That is going to be costly for us if the current status changes, and might have to look at other providers.

Thanks
