Re: voice fauly fixed... but broadband even slower

From what you have posted the profiles are what I would expect if your connection speed is at max 80/20mb

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if  HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .

Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

enter your phone number and post results  remember to delete number   https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

Re: voice fauly fixed... but broadband even slower

So connection speed is ok and line appears ok as 3dn noise margin suggests G.INP active

can your run btspeedtester and post results must be done with the rent connection not wireless

Re: voice fauly fixed... but broadband even slower

Your Sync Rate won’t automatically go straight back to what it was prior to whatever line fault you had.

Either you’ll need to wait for the DLM to do it things or have your CP report an FTTC Fault and the Engineer can then do a DLM Reset.
