Re: Wireless devices from the BT Connected Home range

Thanks Will,

The Home hotspot is one solution on offer, could you offer some information on another one of your products, say the BT 11ac Dual-Band Wifi Extender?

Thanks @SeanD

You're absolutely right - the 11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender is another option worth considering.

Whereas powerlines use your electrical circuits to transmit your broadband signal, a Wi-Fi Extender takes the Wi-Fi signal directly from the Home Hub, cleans it up a bit, and then pushes it out further than you would get before.

This means they're a great solution for people who want a little bit more signal to get into those hard to reach places. If you have a poor Wi-Fi signal from the Hub though, these are pretty limited unfortunately.

With the 11ac Dual-Band variant, you get a really stable and fast connection so a great solution if you have the latest mobile and tablet-type devices.

Thanks,

Will
