I have a WholeHomeWifi twin disc pack and have recently noticed that 2.4GHz devices are not connecting to the secondary disc. Pretty sure this worked OK when first installed a year ago.
- 2.4GHz devices (Kindle 4th Gen and Samsung A20 phone) connect to primary disc OK
- both devices are 2.4GHz only
- when out of range of primary disc, neither device shows the WHW mesh on list of available wi-fi networks
- devices with 5GHz connect to both primary and secondary discs OK
- discs are running firmware v1.02.13 build07
I have factory reset both discs and re-installed from scratch. This has made no difference.
