Accidental return

Hello,

We had to send an item back to BT returns and have accidentally returned a non-BT item to the returns centre. It is an important piece of kit and we need it back. We have asked customer services what to do and they don't know. It seems the most practical way would be to be able to make contact with the returns centre to flag it with them so that we can get the device back but I can't find any method to do so. Is there any way of doing in this? The device that was accidentally sent is expensive and we really would like to avoid having to buy a new one,

Thanks.
