2 of my handsets are stuck in a loop stating "Synchronising Handset Data", no amount of battery removal, pressing the red button or resetting the hub will stop them, I might as well throw them out.
Have you tried replacing the batteries with just ordinary alkaline just to test as long as not inserted on charger. Even though existing batteries show charge they may be faulty and given incorrect reading. If phone work then just replace batteries with new rechargeable batteries
Hi @herrbohnen Battery removal is no good, they need new rechargeable batteries. Common problem.
Bought and fitted new batteries, still the same

did you try resetting the SH2 now you have new batteries in the handsets?
It's a pity they don't have a reset pin hole like other devices
