BT PRO box, what features available when cancelling TV?

Hi guys,

So looking at removing my BT TV package, just wondering, will I have to send the box back? or will I be able to keep it and record on it? purely for freeview?

I believe if you took the TV box with a contract after 13th December 2019 you need to return it and can't keep it for Freeview etc, unless you pay a charge for not returning it.
