Hi,

Our BT 8600 shows a picture of a phone a red cross and the word FULL, see picture.

It seems to work OK but I wondered what it means.

I've looked in the manual, but it doesn't seem to be mentioned, any help would be appreciated.

Either the answering machine is full of messages or your contact list is full at a guess.

If I press Delete on the Answer Phone it says:-
"You have no Old messages"
I'll try and add a new contact and see what happens.
I'll let you know how I get on.

That's the Missed Calls indicator. Presumably you haven't been deleting them & the memory allocated to that function is now full.
