Hi!
I have a BT Premium phone which lately has started displaying the phonebook/contacts on the handset with a series of Ÿ instead(meaning I can't see the phonebook entries).
There are two handsets and it does it on both. This problem comes and goes, but I can't seem to find out why it's doing it or how to stop it (I've tried switching it off for a while but that doesn't fix it).
Does anyone have any suggestions, please?
