smart hub 2 , dropping 5ghz

i have a problem where the hub disconnects the 5ghz then forces everything onto 2.4

 

a reboot of the smart hub then resolves the issue 

 

this seems to be happening quite a lot 

any advice ?

Phone CS 150 and report a faulty hub and ask for a replacement

There solution was to turn off 2.4 , I had to insist on a new one ,,they agreed to send another,
