Hi, we have a BT Pro box that we use in our kitchen without a subscription to access Freeview / Iplayer etc. We recently changed our Virgin Media hub to the latest 'hub 5'. Our BT pro box won't even see the new hub, let alone connect to it. It will, however see various sky / BT / virgin hubs that our neighbours use. It looks like the hub 5 uses wireless b / g / n and also ax - which seems to be new. All our other kit (various ages, manufacturers etc.) works fine with the new hub. Has anyone had any similar problems or any ideas on what I could try?
This forum is a customer to customer help forum for BT Retail customers looking for help with their BT products and services. Seeking help connecting a Pro Box to a Virgin Media router wouldn't fall under this category I'd imagine.
As @NigelB72 posted as you are a virgin customer not BT retail then you should post your question on the virgin community forum and hopefully get some assistance
