Our BT Smart Devices app hasn't been working all day. Our baby monitor appears as a device but it constantly says "connecting" and doesn't show live picture.
I Disconnected the device and connected to my wife's phone but the same issue persists.
Please help.
We have the same issue. Been like it all day. Have tried all the troubleshooting they recommend online but nothings worked.
I have two BT smart home cams. Neither would connect to the app. I called the helpline and they confirmed the app is down. They were made aware of it late this afternoon and are working to get it back up and running.
