BT TV Pro box remote guide

I've managed to figure out a lot of the remotes' functions, but I keep forgetting how to change the date at the top of the screen of the viewing guide.  I did it a few days ago, but the method has eluded me. 

Please is there a link somewhere to the full description of all the functions on the remote for the BT TV Pro box?  I've found a few videos but they seem to be showing info about a different model of remote, and the BT TV Pro Box user guide is worse than useless in this area.  Why does it have to be so difficult?

Hi @grajay 

if you have the Guide  on screen , at the bottom you have navigation information , eg how to  CHANGE DAY  with the >> or <<  remote buttons.

Thanks for that.  Steep learning curve for me this has become.
